Led a team of one Graphic Designer and multiple freelancers. Guided the creation of print and marketing campaigns to support the mission of restoring those affected by crime and incarceration, producing high-quality brochures, annual reports, signage, and displays. Oversaw all creative work, collaborating with the Project Manager to allocate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure project quality.
Key Achievements:
• 40-Year Anniversary Rebrand Campaign: Directed a successful rebrand campaign honoring Prison Fellowship founder Chuck Colson, resulting in a 7% increase in donor contributions and attracting a younger donor demographic. The campaign was recognized for its effective blend of tribute and forward-thinking positioning.

• Hotel Impossible (Season 5): Served as Lead Designer for the fifth season, contributing to brainstorming sessions and creating key art that included web takeovers and banners for CNN, Huffington Post, and other outlets. Efforts contributed to increased show ratings over Season 4. Traveled to NYC for promotional activities.
• Travel Channel/Sports Illustrated Beach Week Ads: Led the design of four ads for the Travel Channel/Sports Illustrated Beach Week campaign, including a notable advertisement in the 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.
